In 1998, Ben founded Brodhead Law, a successful personal injury firm that is dedicated to representing victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death. By aggressively litigating hundreds of tractor-trailer and auto collisions across the country, Ben has recovered tens of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. By successfully fighting for his clients in both the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals of Georgia, Ben has obtained rulings that help all victims against companies that try to avoid responsibility for the harm they cause.
Since 2008, Ben has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer. In 2019, Ben was selected as Bad Faith Lawyer of the Year. Additionally, Ben is a regular speaker at seminars on topics including trucking litigation, insurance bad faith, depositions of doctors and defense experts, damages, and more.
